Services provided in excess of the 20 hours ECE will be charged out at a standard rate of $7.00 per hour.
Free pick up and delivery in our centre van is available to children in the Halswell area, attending these sessions, subject to availability of space.
Arrangements may be made if children are required to stay over the lunch hour, or session times need to be unexpectedly extended, if spaces are available, at a cost of $7.00 per hour.
Payment of fees.
Fees are will be invoiced at the end of each month for enrolled services and shall be paid by the caregiver within 7 days of the date of the invoice. Parents will be required to pay for the time their children are booked into the centre (their reserved place), as teachers need to be available for the number of children expected for each session. You will not be required to pay for statutory. Holidays. Refer Payment of fees in enrolment forms for further details regarding non-payment of fees. Eftpos is available.
Absence and Fees.
If your child is away for the occasional day then full fees are payable, but another session time may be taken, if one is available, to replace the missed day. (Catch up days)
There will be no fees charged when the centre is closed for the Christmas Holidays for approximately three weeks and one week the second week of the July holidays.
We require one month's notice before you cancel your child's place to enable us time to offer your place to another child, or full fees will apply.
Late fees are payable for any children who are left at the centre after the centre closes at 5.00PM The fee is $10.00 per half-hour and to pay for the staff member, who has been required to stay with your child.
WINZ Subsidies.
As Airdmhor Montessori is a licensed early childhood centre, child-care subsidies are available for some children according to certain conditions, set down by Income Support. We will be happy to give you any information on this matter.
It is important to be aware that Income Support Services only pay the subsidies for the sessions/days that your child actually attends the centre, or sessions that you pay for to hold their place. There are certain rules regarding absence of more than 3 weeks at a time or throughout the year, so it is important to become aware of your eligibility with regard to Income Support Policy as soon as you enroll your child.
