Morning 9.00 am - 12.00 pm $17.00
Afternoon 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm $17.00
Free pick up and delivery in our centre van is available to children in the Halswell area, attending these sessions.
Full day:
7.30 am - 5.30 pm $37.00
Weekly full time:
7.30 am - 5.30 pm $140.00
Arrangements may be made if children are required to stay over the lunch hour, or session times need to be unexpectedly extended, if spaces are available.
Payment of fees.
For weekly full time permanent places, fees are to be paid at the start of the week, or when your child attends during the week.
For children in permanent part time places, fees are to be paid at the start of the week.
Casual bookings are to be paid for on the day.
Eftpos is available.
Parents will be required to pay for the time their children are booked into the centre (their reserved place) as teachers need to be available for the number of children expected for each session.
Absence and fees
If the centre is advised a fortnight ahead that your child will be away for a week, then the fees will be reduced to one half to enable children to keep their booked time, at the centre.
After three weeks, of half fees, full fees will apply if you still wish to retain your child's place at the centre.
If your child is away for the occasional day then full fees are payable, but another session time may be taken, if one is available, to replace the missed day.
When the centre is closed on a public holiday, parents will be required to pay for normal booked sessions, as the teachers need to be paid.
However a 10% reduction in the normal weekly fees will be given for that week. Alternatively, children booked into sessions/ days, which fall on public holidays, will be welcome to arrange another time in alternative sessions during that week if spaces are available, and fees will remain as normal.
There will be no fees charged when the centre is closed for the Christmas Holidays, approximately for three weeks.
We would appreciate two weeks notice before you cancel your booking to enable us to offer your place to another child, or full fees will apply.
Two children from the same family booked into the same session will receive a 10% fee reduction.
Late fees are payable for any children who are left at the centre after 5.30 pm. The fee is $5.00 per half-hour and is payable to the teacher, who has been required to stay with your child.
Subsidies
As Airdmhor Montessori is a licensed early childhood centre, child-care subsidies are available for some children according to certain conditions, set down by Income Support. We will be happy to give you any information on this matter.
It is important to be aware that Income Support Services only pay the subsidies for the sessions/days that your child actually attends the centre, or in some cases sessions that you pay for to hold their place.
It does not apply to subsidies, which you are eligible for but have not used that week therefore, it is wise to become familiar with/ aware of your eligibility with regard to Income Support Policy, as soon as you enrol your child.
